National visa may be substituted by a valid visa OR residence permit issued by any EU member state, Schengen area member state, UK, or US, for a period not exceeding 90 days in a 180-day period and when the validity of the visa or residence permit.
If the applicant is not holding above visas, then he needs to send an email to Serbia Embassy from his personal email ID explaining the complete details of the travel plan. Embassy will revert back with the visa requirement and process. Applicants needs to visit the Serbian embassy directly as per the instruction received on email from Serbia Embassy.
