Return airfare, visa service/embassy/appointment fees & travel insurance are not included.
City taxes per person per day (CHF 4–5 per person per day and EUR 4–5 per person per day) are not included in your package (directly payable at hotel by the passengers on check-in).
Final vouchers can only be issued once full payment is received.
The booking is deemed cancelled if full payment is not received within 30 days prior to departure.
Package does not include dinners, lunches, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, mineral water, miscellaneous expenses, tips, luggage assistance, laundry, room service, medical attention and costs, any RTPCR, domestic & any other items not mentioned as included.
For air tickets issued/blocked within time limit: hotel bookings require full AED component; otherwise price may change.
The customer hereby agrees that customized package is as per his/her will and choice (final price inclusive as selected by the customer). If the customer changes any component, the same will be updated in the final price. Customer’s final confirmation will have exact components selected and reviewed while booking.
Package price does not include any special dinners, galas or mandatory charges levied during New Year, Christmas or special occasions. These would be applicable as per the hotel.
Prices shown are per person based on sharing a room (e.g., AED 5000 per person means 2 adults sharing the same room for the entire trip; total package for 2 persons will be AED 10,000).
Package offers flexible payment rules depending on advance purchase period or inclusions. However, due to dynamic airline prices or peak season, we may request higher advance to secure final vouchers.
Prices are calculated as per exchange rate at time of costing. Company reserves the right to amend prices in case of currency fluctuation, tax changes, supplier charges, airline increases etc. All increases must be paid before departure. Visa cost fluctuations (if any) will be borne by the passenger.
All seat-in-coach basis tours would operate from city centre departure points.
For late night or early morning airport transfers, supplement charges would be applicable.
Standard hotel check-in / check-out time is 15:00 / 11:00 hrs for international hotels. No guarantee for early check-in or late check-out. For guaranteed check-in/out, supplement charges will apply.
Hotels/Airlines have right to cancel bookings even after blocking or confirmation. In such cases, similar option will be provided only for hotels. Airline cancellations are subject to airline discretion & conditions.
100% cancellation charges apply once booking is re-confirmed.
Credit note for remaining amount (after applicable cancellations) may be issued and can be utilized against next booking with us.
20% initial payment is non-refundable in case of visa rejection or booking cancellation by guest.
Remaining paid amount will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 36 days prior to departure date.
If any entry tickets, train tickets, domestic flights or activity tickets have been issued, their costs along with applicable supplier charges will be deducted.
Full amount is non-refundable if booking is cancelled within 35 days of travel date.
Exception: Medical emergency or death of close relation (subject to valid supporting documents).
